My New Project and Pumpkins!

This is my new project, my garage. It looks clean right, well you can't see all the ugliness on the other side. Unfortunatly when you enter my house everyone uses my ugly garage, it's the easiest way to come in. Well I decided I should at least clean up my entrance, I painted this little area and Jeff is making me a shelf with hooks to go along this wall that you see here, he is doing it as I write! God I love him! So this is to be continued........( Oh yeah, see that dresser I found that at a yard sale a while back for $10.00. Don't ya love those kind of finds.)
I was playing last night and put this little display together on my buffet, I love my white pumpkins! I also used some of the china set that I purchased while visiting my Aunt Cynthia last year in N.J., I payed $5.00 for them at a rummage sale and I knew they would be perfect for Fall, the design on them is a burnt orange color with roses of coarse! It seems really quite out there in blogland , can anyone else tell when everyone seems to take a break from blogging or am I the only crazy one that seems to sense this? LOL.I think I may be the only one stuck at home on this holiday weekend! I hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday.
Hugs~Kelly

Hello, HELLO...is anybody out there? No you are not the only one home...I am too. Been blogging, checking to see if I get any comments....Your fall decorations are beautiful. I don't have any white pumpkins yet, but I may have to add some soon. I redid my dining table to sorta fall but not all pumpkins and stuff. In AZ, fall comes, about 2 days in February!!

You have a great eye for display. Your house is just beautiful. I'm off to work in a little bit, but I seem to notice when it's quiet in blogland too. Maybe because I check everyday?!! LOL. Have a great weekend. Great pumpkins by the way. I've been wanting to decorate for fall too, but it's hard to get motivated when it's 105outside.

I'm confused. #1) Your blog isn't showing up in Firefox! I took a chance and opened it up in Internet Explorer - and it's perfect here. But you can't view it in Firefox. :(

#2) THAT's your GARAGE!?? You HAVE to show us pictures of every wall and ever angle because I want to learn how to make MY garage pretty! That's where we enter the house, too. You're so talented!

What a cute chest and a bargain too! Love the arrangement and the garage project sounds neat.
It is quiet in blogland so I'll rest and enjoy the quietness.

Great display! I love the white pumpkins you have too! Your garage looks divine, we use ours alot to enter the house from our cars, we have a huge three car garage and it is the first time in our 25yr. marriage we actually use the garage for cars! I need to do a fix up by our backdoor too, you have inspired me, thank you!

I have been busy working on my sons wedding, but managed to squeeze in some time today to build three benchs for a fall display on my porch! I will try and get them painted glossy black this week and do a fall post...you again have inspired me with your fall decor!

XO,
Donna Lynn

Always lovely posts!
I wanted to invite you take part in an event that I'm hosting September 4-7 called "Show Us Your Pretty Pumpkin."
Take a pic of your prettiest pumpkin, leave a comment with a link, and Sept. 4-7 I will add your post to the list.

Hi Kelly,
I'm back from Eufaula. And the paint color that you wanted is called Frosty Pine by Olympic paint. It really is one of those paints that change from room to room. It looks robin egg blue in my kitchen and green in the little dining room.
Your display and garage are beautiful. Once again you have stamped Pretty all over what you have touched.
